Thank you for allowing us to represent you and your dog. We strive to maintain a professional and supportive role as your agent.  The following contract is made to ensure that all we are in agreement regarding  the handling and care of your dog.  A copy of this contract, signed, must be on file prior to us handling your dog for the first time.

Handling fees are as follows: (Please note new rates effective Jan. 1, 2011)

$40.00 for the 6-12 Month Classes and Novice Classes
$45.00 for the 12-18 
$70.00 for the Ambred Class
$80.00 for the Open Class 
$100.00 for Specials (or campaign rate) 

Specialties - Classes must be paid, one week prior to closing of entries; expenses will be billed.

$100.00 for 6-18 mo. 
$  50.00 Sweeps/Futurity                    
$150.00 Adult Classes

Class/Special Priotity 
   1st $200, 2nd $175, 3rd $150, 4th $150

Expenses (55 cents per mile plus lodging or 80 cents per mile plus parking when traveling with the motorhome) divided between all dogs shown.  $20.00/day minimum.

$100.00 for Breeding Services 

A $3.00 Service Fee charged for each entry that we submit. 

Dogs Staying with us: Board, conditioning, and training (Subtract $2 if food is provided)
    >50 lbs  $15 per day
    <50 lbs   $12 per day

NOTE: CHANGE IN BOARDING FOR SHOWS
Boarding fees will be charged for overnight care. ie) drop off Friday, pickup Sunday during shows

In addition, if your dog comes to us needing only majors, $100 per point will be added to our normal fees and expenses.

Due to the variety of places we travel to, all dogs must be on a year round heartworm, tick and flea preventative. We will use Ivermec and Frontline for a $25.00 a month fee if preventatives do not accompany the dog. A heartworm test is mandatory for any dog not currently on a preventative.

If your dog requires medication and/or special diet, please be sure to bring the amount necessary for the length of stay predicted.

Dogs arriving on departure day are welcome, but must have been bathed. 

Dogs visiting over one week will be bathed as a courtesy before shows, otherwise baths are $20.00.

If a dog is entered but is not shown, you will be charged for that class unless prior agreements have been reached.

Statements are mailed at the end of each month. Payment is due upon receipt. A $10.00 billing fee will be added to any unpaid balance on every billing cycle.

Should an emergency arise, we maintain the right to have necessary veterinarian services performed on your dog. The dog owner is responsible for all veterinary expenses accrued while the dog in in our custody.

ALL NEW CLIENTS MUST SEND 500.00 DEPOSIT TO BE SUBTRACTED OR REFUNDED AT THE END OF THE LAST BILLING PERIOD FOR THAT DOG
